Agile Roles
There are three fundamental roles in agile software development they are :
                                    1)Scrum Master
                           2)Product Owner
                           3)Scrum Team

Scrum Master:
The Scrum Master who serve's as a facilitator for both the product owner and the team .The Scrum Master is considered as coach for the team ,helping the team to do the best work possibly can.The Scrum Master role is filled  by the project manager or a technical team leader ,Scrum Master can be viewed as a protector of a team .

   Product Owner:
The scrum product owner is the project key stack holder the product owner is responsible for the vision what he or she  wishes to build and convey it to the team. The product owner dose this through agile product backlog grooming which is the prioritized  list of product.

First the product owner need to be available to his or her team, the product owner requires an individual with certain skills including availability, business savvy and communication skills .the product owner must be actively engaged with their teams. Business savvy is nothing but product owner should understand the market, the customer and the business in order to make sound decisions.

Scrum Team:
scrum team includes Product Owner,Scrum Master and the Scrum Team.

Everyone on the project works together to complete the set of works they have collectively committed to complete with a sprint .
A typical Scrum Team is five to nine people.Rather than scaling by having large teams Scrum project scale have through teams of team.
